Love, Self-Understanding and Spiritual Life

What is love. Only when there is love and understanding for the self is it possible to have love and understanding of others. Love has many representations. Often people confuse negativity in relationships, like fighting, as there being no love but these elements are also displays of love and fuel relationships. They show caring for the other. Everything is made by love in different forms. Love is attachment, but this attachment creates fear because of the inevitability of loss. This should never become a reason not to love because it is not possible to know yourself and know God without love.
